Condo/Townhouse (NO
Yard Waste) Rate:
The Condo/Townhouse service provides residents with two-wheeled toters
with lids: One is for garbage and one is for mixed recyclables. No Yard
Waste toter is provided because the Homeowner’s
Association already provides a service for yard waste. This rate applies
to those who live in either a condo or townhouse.
The base Condo/Townhouse (no yard waste) rate is $1 less than the single family rate. Bills are sent to individual homeowners.
96-Gallon Garbage and Recycling Toter: $37.00 per month64-Gallon Garbage and Recycling Toter: $30.00 per month
32-Gallon Garbage and Recycling Toter: $22.00 per month
Multifamily
Townhouse Rates
The base Multifamily Townhouse (MFT) rates include garbage, recycling,
and yard waste. To qualify for the Multifamily Townhouse rates, customers
must have the following:
- Must have more than 4 units
- Must be on a single bill
- Must have the same size garbage toter
The basic MFT rate is discounted by 10% from the residential rate. Bills are sent to management or the Homeowners Association.
96-Gallon Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste Toter: $27.90 per month64-Gallon Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste Toter: $24.30 per month
32-Gallon Garbage, Recycling, and Yard Waste Toter: $19.80 per month
Garbage: Within the MFT basic rate, customers have a choice of either a 32-, 64- or 96-gallon garbage toter. All customers within the multifamily complex must have the same size garbage toter. Note that if the customer wants a garbage bin, they will be charged the commercial rate. The MFT basic rate does not include a 2-yard or 3-yard garbage bin.
Recycling: Within the MFT basic rate, customers have a choice of either the recycling crates, the blue 64-gallon toter, or a bin (for community use).
Yard Waste: Within the MFT basic rate, customer has a choice of either the green 96-gallon toter or a bin (for community use).
